Can I change my delivery day or time?
Excited to receive your order but want some choice as to when it will be delivered?
Great news, QuiteLike allows you to choose from different days and the time-slots. To make things even more exciting, you will receive a text message with a tracking link so you can keep an eye on where your order is on the delivery day. Find out more about notification here.

Does QuiteLike deliver to my address?
You can check if we deliver to your address by entering your postcode when you select a box and proceed to our checkout. You can also use this tool.
Can I choose when my QuiteLike box will be delivered?
Depending on your local delivery area, you can select one of the following options:
- Saturday afternoon,
- Sunday morning or afternoon,
- Monday morning or afternoon.
To see what time windows are available in your delivery area, enter your address details and select from the drop down menu at the checkout.
How is my box delivered?
No Doorbells
Our drivers don't ring doorbells, but don't worry – our tracking SMS will ping your phone just before delivery, so you’ll know your box is on its way to you.
Delivery to Apartment Buildings
If you live in an apartment building with a reception area, our delivery person will drop off your order at reception or the designated delivery area. Please just let reception know your delivery is coming.
Front Door Drop-off
If you're not home, no worries. We’ll just leave your order at your front door and our delivery person will snap a photo of your box to send you through the app. That way, you’ll know it’s safe and sound.
Neighbour Drop-off
If you're not home to greet your order when it arrives, our delivery person may leave it with your neighbour. They will notify you of the neighbour's address via the app. Just be sure to give your neighbour a heads up that this may happen and check they’re able to receive the delivery on your behalf.
How will I get notified about my delivery?
Our drivers don't ring doorbells, but don't worry - our tracking sms will arrive just before the delivery for you to know it's almost here.
