
Sayadieh (Lebanese Fish and Rice)
You say 'fish for dinner', we say 'sayadieh'! Saya-what-now?, you may ask. Originating in the Middle East, sayadieh is gently spiced fish cooked nestled in fragrant rice and served with plenty of tang-lifting lemon and yoghurt. For our take on the Lebanese classic, we've added handfuls of spinach for extra green goodness. Just remember to keep a lid on it for tender grains every time.
