REFERRAL CHALLENGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. QuiteLike’s “Refer a Friend” offer will be available from September 2025 until withdrawn by us.



2. Any capitalised terms that are not defined in these terms and conditions (the “Refer A Friend Terms and Conditions”) have the meanings given to them in the QuiteLike terms and conditions available here (the “QuiteLike Terms and Conditions”). The QuiteLike Terms and Conditions are incorporated into these Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions.



3. If a QuiteLike customer with a current subscription (“Referrer”) wishes to refer a friend or family member who does not have a current subscription with QuiteLike (“Friend”) to QuiteLike:

a. that Referrer can receive a $40 credit to their QuiteLike Account (“Standard Referrer Credit”); and
b. that Friend can receive a $50 credit to their QuiteLike Account against their first Order ("Referral Order") plus an aggregate discount of $130 across their four subsequent Orders ("Referral Discount"),

(the "Standard Offer").


4. In addition, if a Referrer refers 3 Friends between 6 September 2025 and 20 September 2025 (the “Campaign Period”), that Referrer can receive an additional $100 credit to their QuiteLike Account (“Campaign Referrer Credit”) (the “Campaign Offer”).

5. In these Refer A Friend Terms and Conditions, the Standard Offer and the Campaign Offer together is defined as the “Offers” and each separately is defined as an “Offer”.

6. The first step in the process is for the Referrer to log into their QuiteLike Account and navigate to their “Referrals” tab which contains their unique referral link (the “Referrer Link”). One Referrer Link is allocated to each Referrer, and it can be used by each Friend referred to QuiteLike by that Referrer.


7. Each Offer is subject to the Friend:

a. joining QuiteLike by following the sign-up process outlined in the QuiteLike Terms and Conditions using an email address;

b. signing up to an ongoing subscription by placing an Order which includes Subscription Products – this is the Referral Order;

c. having a different Delivery Address to:

i. the Referrer; and

ii. any other Friends using the same Referrer Link;

d. not being an existing QuiteLike customer or a previous QuiteLike customer who has deleted their QuiteLike Account, had their QuiteLike Account deleted by QuiteLike or subscription cancelled by QuiteLike; and

e. using the Referrer Link at the time of placing the Referral Order to generate a unique coupon code using the same email address they used to join QuiteLike (“Coupon Code”),

(collectively the ”Eligibility Criteria”).



8. Where a Referrer has referred a Friend, the Standard Referrer Credit relating to that referral in respect of the Standard Offer will be applied to the Referrer’s QuiteLike Account:

a. when that Friend satisfies the Eligibility Criteria and the Referral Order made by that Friend has been delivered and is not cancelled or refunded; and

b. within a timeframe specified by QuiteLike - QuiteLike intends that this timeframe will be within 30 days after the Friend satisfies all applicable Eligibility Criteria and the Friend’s Referral Order has been delivered but in some cases this may be longer and we are under no obligation to notify the Referrer that the timeframe has been increased.

9. Where a Referrer has referred 3 Friends within the Campaign Period, the Campaign Referrer Credit relating to those referrals in respect of the Campaign Offer will be applied to the Referrer's QuiteLike Account:

a. when:

i. each of those 3 Friends satisfy the Eligibility Criteria within the Campaign Period;

ii. each of the Referral Orders placed by those 3 Friends are placed during the Campaign Period;

iii. each of the Referral Orders placed by those 3 Friends has been delivered on or before 4 weeks after the end of the Campaign Period; and

iv. each of the Referral Orders made by those 3 Friends is not cancelled or refunded; and.

b. within a timeframe specified by QuiteLike - QuiteLike intends that this timeframe will be within 30 days after the last of the 3 Friends satisfies all applicable Eligibility Criteria and that Friend’s Referral Order has been delivered but in some cases this may be longer and we are under no obligation to notify the Referrer that the timeframe has been increased.

10. Where a Referrer has referred a Friend, the Referral Order and the Referral Discount will be applied to the Friend’s QuiteLike Account when the Friend enters the Coupon Code for their Referral Order.



11. The value of the Referral Order is $50, and this credit can only be applied to the Friend’s first Order. If the Friend wanted their first Order to be over $50, the Friend will be able to amend the contents of their Referral Order by paying an additional amount. The credit of the Referral Order cannot be used towards shipping, and the cost of shipping will need to be paid for by the Friend. The Referral Discount cannot be used to amend the contents of the Referral Order or pay for shipping on the Referral Order.



12. The Referral Discount will be applied to the four consecutive Orders placed by the Friend after the Referral Order in their QuiteLike Account in the following way: the first Order after their Referral Order will be discounted by $30, the second Order after their Referral Order will be discounted by $25, the third Order after their Referral Order will be discounted by $25 and the fourth Order after their Referral Order will be discounted by $50.



13. If a Friend does not satisfy the Eligibility Criteria within 30 days of generating the Coupon Code, the Friend will be required to generate a new Coupon Code using the Referrer Link.



14. By participating in an Offer, each Referrer agrees to only share their Referrer Link with Friends who have agreed to receive such a communication from the Referrer.



15. For privacy reasons, QuiteLike will not tell the Referrer which of its Friend met the Eligibility Criteria.



16. Each Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, except that the Standard Offer and the Campaign Offer are available in conjunction with each other as described in these Refer A Friend Terms and Conditions. The Standard Referrer Credit, the Campaign Referrer Credit, the Referral Order and the Referral Discount will be applied against the purchase of full price Subscription Products and do not apply to, without limitation, any shipping fees or the purchase of Top Up Products. Without limitation to these Refer A Friend Terms and Conditions, if more than 5 Friends generate a Coupon Code in a period of seven days using the same Referrer Link, any Standard Referrer Credit that the relevant Referrer may receive (and any Referral Discount that the related Friends may receive) for that period shall be limited to the first five of those Friends only. For the avoidance of doubt, the Campaign Referrer Credit may only be claimed by a Referrer once irrespective of the number of Friends over 3 that that Referrer refers.

17. QuiteLike reserves the right to validate the eligibility of a referred Friend.

18. QuiteLike may withdraw or cancel any credit (including, without limitation, any Referral Order) in respect of any or all referrals made in relation to an Offer if, in our reasonable opinion, a Referrer or Friend has used an Offer in a manner that is not in good faith, not satisfactory to us or otherwise not in line with the intent of an Offer. This includes, without limitation, any conduct which, in our reasonable opinion, undermines the fair and intended operation of an Offer, such as sharing the Referrer Link on a public forum or using an Offer in any way that is fraudulent, in breach of the Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions or the QuiteLike Terms and Conditions or that is not in good faith. Each Offer is only available to enable those who a reasonable person would consider as your family members and your friends to benefit and not, for example, persons with whom you are associated for the main or substantial purpose of obtaining the benefit of an Offer or any other discount offer.

19. We reserve the right to amend the Refer A Friend Terms and Conditions in any way (including, without limitation, removing an Offer) at any time without prior or subsequent notice being provided to anyone (including, without limitation, any Referrer or Friend) without liability to any person, and each Referrer and Friend acknowledge and agree to this.
